How to book the clubhouse or another amenity

Shared facilities cause many calls to the society office. In Nest the admin lists each amenity with its rules and fee, and you book it yourself from your phone.

Steps

1. Open Amenities. Log in to Nest and open the Amenities section. You see the amenities your society has, with rules, facilities and whether each is free or paid.
2. Choose the amenity and date. Pick the amenity you want and the date. Closed amenities cannot be booked.
3. Pay if it is a paid amenity. For a paid amenity the booking is recorded as a bill. Pay in the way your society accepts and keep the receipt.
4. Use a membership if you have one. If you hold an active membership plan for an amenity such as the gym or pool, you book it without paying again.

Tips

• Read the rules shown for the amenity before booking, such as timings and number of guests.
• Keep your receipts; the society's ledger records the same booking.
