What is Nest?
Nest by Olynux is a society management app for residents, society admins and security guards. It covers maintenance bills, visitor passes, SOS alerts, notices, amenity booking, staff and expenses.
Is Nest free?
Nest is free to start for societies, with no setup fee. A small platform fee applies only on online payments handled through Nest. See the Pricing page for details.
How does my society get started?
Send us a request through the Contact page or WhatsApp. We create your society admin account, and then you add flats and residents.
How do residents log in?
The society admin gives each resident a one-time code. The resident uses it to join and then sets their own simple login.
Does Nest work on mobile phones?
Yes. Nest works in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer. A native Android app is planned.
Which languages does Nest support?
Nest works in 15 languages, including Hindi, English, Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Urdu, Indonesian, German, Marathi, Telugu and Tamil. You can switch at any time.
Is our data kept separate and safe?
Each society's data is kept separate, and access depends on the person's role, such as resident, guard or society admin. See our Privacy Policy for details.
