Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Nest by Olynux ("Nest", the service) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Nest is operated by Olynux ("we", "us").

2. The service

Nest is a platform that helps housing societies manage residents, bills, visitors, notices, amenities, staff and expenses. Each society, through its admin, decides how it uses Nest.

3. Accounts and security

Accounts are created by Olynux or by a society admin. Give correct information and keep your login, PIN and one-time codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

4. Society admin responsibilities

Society admins confirm that they are authorised to manage the society on Nest, that the data they add is accurate and lawful, and that residents and staff know their details are used in Nest. Society admins are responsible for dealings between the society, its residents and its staff, including bills, dues and disputes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Nest for anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive. Do not send false SOS alerts, enter other people's data without permission, try to break or bypass security, copy data in bulk, or interfere with the service.

Nest is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (in India, 112) first.

6. Fees and payments

Nest is free to start for societies. When online payments are enabled, a platform fee of 3% applies on resident payments (such as maintenance bills) and 5% on amenity booking income received through Nest. The fee is deducted from the amount the society receives.

Residents may buy an optional ad-free plan: in India ₹49 per month or ₹499 per year, and in other countries $1 per month or $10 per year.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms also apply. We may change fees or plans after giving notice on the website or in the app. For refund questions, write to [email protected].

7. Ads and sponsors

Nest may show sponsored messages. They come from third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services they promote.

8. Referral programme

Society admins who refer a new society may earn 20% of that society's Nest fee for the first 12 months, paid after the minimum payout amount is reached (currently ₹1,000 or $15). We may change, pause or end the programme, and may withhold rewards for misuse or false referrals.

9. Your data and content

Your society's records belong to your society. You allow us to store, process and show them as needed to run the service. We may use anonymous, combined statistics to improve Nest.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nest available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve, change or pause features.

11. Suspension and ending

You may stop using Nest at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, for security reasons, or if the law requires.

12. Disclaimer

Nest is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no promises about fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Nest in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Nest after an update means you accept the new terms.
