Amenity booking, memberships and income in one place
Clubhouse, party hall, gym, swimming pool: shared facilities cause the most phone calls for a society office. Nest lets the admin add each amenity with its rules and fee, lets residents book it from their phone, and keeps a clear ledger of what each amenity earns.
How it works
Admin adds amenities. For each amenity the admin enters the name, rules, facilities, whether it is open or closed, and whether it is free or paid with a fee.
Residents book. A resident picks an amenity and a date. For a paid amenity the booking is recorded as a paid bill with a receipt.
Membership plans. For amenities such as a gym or pool, the admin can offer monthly or yearly plans. A member books without paying again.
Ledger and reports. The admin sees income amenity by amenity for any date range and can download it as a CSV file.
What your society gets
Rules, timings and fees written clearly for every amenity
Paid bookings and memberships appear in the society's income records
An amenity-wise ledger with CSV download
Fee collected either by the admin or by the amenity staff, as the society prefers
Staff of the society can use amenities too, at a price the admin decides: free, same as residents, or a staff rate
Who uses it
Society admin: Adds amenities, sets fees and plans, and sees the income ledger.
Resident: Books amenities, buys a membership plan and keeps receipts.
Amenity staff and guards: Can record fees collected at the amenity, and use amenities at the staff rate.
Questions
Can some amenities be free and others paid?
Yes. Each amenity is set as free or paid, with its own fee.
Do members have to pay for each booking?
No. A resident with an active membership for that amenity books it without paying again.
Does the society get a report of amenity income?
Yes. The ledger shows income amenity by amenity for any period and can be downloaded as a CSV file.
