Maintenance collection made simple for your society

Chasing maintenance dues on WhatsApp and paper registers takes the treasurer hours every month. With Nest, the society admin creates bills for all flats in a few taps, residents see what they owe on their phone, and every payment is recorded against the right flat.

How it works

1. Create the bill. The society admin picks the month, a title such as "Maintenance - November" and the amount, and creates the bill for all flats or only selected flats.
2. Residents see their dues. Each resident sees their own bills on their phone, with the amount, due date and status. Nobody can see another flat's bills.
3. Payment is recorded. A resident pays by their usual method and submits the transaction reference, with a photo of the payment proof if they wish. The admin checks it and marks the bill as paid.
4. Receipt and records. Paid bills show a receipt the resident can keep. The admin sees paid and unpaid bills in one list and can send a reminder to flats with dues.
